Landscape Design only:
Design services are ideal for the do-it-yourselfer or if you need a plan to facilitate requesting competitive bids. You will get a CAD drawing, drawn to scale with all landscape features to be proposed and a list of materials including plants.
Design fee – $100.00 an hour with 10 hour minimum.
Landscape Consultations:
A consultation includes visiting your site, reviewing your areas of concern, and then providing you with ideas and solutions, often conveyed with a conceptual sketch (not to scale) to help you visualize an idea. This information will be reviewed with you at the completion of the visit including leaving you with any notes and sketches.
Consultations are $300.00 and are usually about 2 hours.
Design/Build:
The design/build service is provided for you beginning with either a formal design or consultation service to generate ideas. As the contractor, LBL Landscape Group, Inc., Linda will arrange for all the materials and supervise a labor crew or sub-contractor on the job. Contractor number LBLLAGI02IR3.
